Bio
Chi is a composer and performer. She has composed for fixed media for electronic music, audiovisual interaction and integrate electronics with live performance.
She is currently interested in data mapping and enjoying designing sound in KYMA and programming in Max/MSP/Jitter to facilitate computer human interaction in her compositions.
She graduated in Ocean University of China, Qingdao, with a bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering focusing on architecture acoustics and psychoacoustics.
Presently, Chi is pursuing a Master’s degree in intermedia music technology in University of Oregon where she studies intermedia creation with Professor Jeffrey Stolet. She teaches Digital Audio and Sound Design in Future Music Oregon studios.
